Lunch time waffle

Hello there world, not much to say but thought I would share hubby’s photos of our gorgeous, lovely, adorable, kittens with anyone out there - http://www.flickr.com/photos/bry_robertson/  And yes, I am going to keep them!

Am having quite a good week so far.  Finally met Jenny from London on Monday who contacted me in the hope I could help her find a job in Aberdeen, as she too is a Law Librarian who wishes to move here.  I check the Press and Journal job section for her every Friday and email her a report before I start work but there really isn’t much relevant.  She had an interview yesterday so fingers crossed!  Was weird meeting after a few emails back and forth, we felt like pals and I went to hug her and then thought that was a bit much for a “first date”!  We got on well though so looking forward to her moving up here!

Last night I “popped round to Gill’s” for a wee natter.  Ended up getting home…well…let’s just say if I was a fairy princess I would have been rolling my pumpkin home…  Luckily I’m not so I just had to walk without any impediments!  Was good to have a good girlie chat though, and I’m sure Bryan was relived to get a night without my banter!  Woke up this morning, slightly the worse for wear, and remembered that I’d agreed to go to the gym on the public holiday next week - oops!  Am sure I’ll love it once I get there though, especially the pool.  I do love swimming.  Wish the local council would change their mind about closing Bon Accord Baths, its lovely and central and I used to enjoy going once a week with Lydia.

 Anyway, must check emails and stuff before lunchtime crashes to an end!  Ciao for now!
